Trained as a Cabinet maker, Jacques St-Denis evolved in the business world for over 35 years. He founded Comptoir St-Denis with his brother in 1985, which he now manages by himself.
From Vaudreuil-Dorion to Dorval
First located on 28th Avenue in Île-Perrot, the counter manufacturer has moved on Henry Ford Street in Vaudreuil-Dorion in 2005 with the aim to automate most of its production.
Its facility of approximately 20,000 square foot allows the company to keep a large stock of counters of wood, quartz, of granite, marble and solid surfaces on site, accelerating the timeliness of products for its customers.
Its new showroom, located in Dorval, is presented in an original and unique way. An impressive number of samples of counters for kitchens and bathrooms is on display in a showroom of more than 2000 square feet.

Comptoir St-Denis Inc. is equipped with advanced digital machinery which polishes and cut out pieces of stone, a distinct advantage in the realization of various forms. Its high-tech equipment allows a perfect and precise cutting of marble, granite and quartz, and offer different finishes for kitchen and bathroom countertops. All pieces undergo an inspection and a final manual polishing before being delivered.
In addition, for environmental reasons, the Vaudreuil-Dorion automated factory uses a recycled water system in closed-circuit.
